Outbound systems that turn cold prospects into conversations.

We build the sending infrastructure, write the offer, run the campaigns and work every reply — plus the website your prospects check before they answer. Calls land on your calendar, not in another tool.

Five campaigns. $317,030 in client revenue.

Reply rate here is measured per person contacted, not per email sent — seventeen percent of the people we emailed replied at least once. It counts out-of-office and not-interested replies too, because that is what the platform counts. Underneath it sits the number that matters: 48,800 of those people were marked as a positive opportunity.

Real campaigns. Client identifying information is removed for confidentiality — the full dashboards are open on a screen share during the call. “Opportunities” means a prospect marked with a positive status in the sending platform: interested, meeting booked, meeting completed or closed. Open and click tracking is switched off on every one of these accounts, so those two figures read zero by design.

The system

Seven pieces. Miss one and the whole thing underperforms.

Most cold email fails on plumbing, not persuasion — a great message sent from a cold domain to a stale list lands in spam and never gets read. And the ones that do get read get checked: your company name goes into a search bar before anyone replies. We own all seven pieces so there is nothing to hand off and nobody to blame.

01

Sending infrastructure

Separate sending domains bought for this purpose — never your primary. Mailboxes provisioned, authenticated and warmed before a single prospect sees a message.

02

Targeting & list build

We define the exact firmographic and geographic filters with you, pull the list, then verify every address and strip catch-alls, roles and duplicates before upload.

03

Offer & copy

The offer comes first, the email second. Short, specific, plain-text messages written to one buyer with one reason to reply — plus the follow-ups that do most of the work.

04

Sequencing & sending

Volume split across inboxes and held under daily caps. Every send is spun so no two messages leaving your domains are identical, and sequences stop the moment someone replies.

05

The website they check

Before anyone replies they search your company name, and that page decides whether you are worth fifteen minutes. We build it, host it, keep it current and revise it as the campaign learns what the market responds to. Included while we manage your outbound — and it is the one piece no other outbound agency will touch.

06

Reply handling

A human reads every reply the same business day: interested, not now, wrong person, remove. Interested replies get answered and pushed to your booking link until the call is on the calendar.

07

Reporting & iteration

A weekly readout of sent, delivered, replied and booked — and what we are changing next. Offer, list and subject lines get revised on a monthly cycle, not left to run stale.

Deliverability

The unglamorous half nobody wants to do.

Everything below happens before your first campaign sends. It is the difference between a list that gets read and a list that gets burned.

Sending domains kept separateLook-alike domains registered for outbound only, so a deliverability problem can never touch your main domain or your team’s email.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every domainAuthentication set on day one and checked against a live header before warmup starts — not assumed because the provider said it was on.
Mailboxes warmed for two weeksAutomated conversation between seeded inboxes builds a sending reputation from zero. Cold domains that skip this land in spam and stay there.
Hard daily caps per inboxVolume comes from more mailboxes, never from pushing one harder. Caps hold even when you want to go faster.
Every address verified before uploadBounces are the fastest way to wreck a domain. Invalid, role and catch-all addresses are removed before they ever get sent to.
Placement watched, domains restedIf a domain’s placement slips it comes out of rotation and recovers while the others carry the volume. Nothing gets run into the ground.

301@→ your primary domain

The last line matters more than it looks: anyone who types one of your sending domains into a browser lands on your real website, not a parked page. We set every record on your domains during the build.

Why this is the half that decides it

A burned domain is not a setting you switch back. Reputation attaches to the domain and the address that sent from it, and once the inbox providers have filed you as a sender worth ignoring, the way back is a new domain and another warmup. That is why we never send from yours — and why the unglamorous list on the left is what actually decides whether your offer gets read or filed.

Our work

The websites we build.

Every Managed client gets website work as part of the service. These are live builds across drone and aerial services, family law, credit and finance, online courses, and bodywork — the same team, on the page your prospects land on.

Timeline

Three weeks from signature to sending.

Nothing goes to a prospect until the infrastructure is warm. Anyone promising sends in week one is skipping the part that makes it work.

WEEK 01

Setup & warmup starts

A 15-minute call to check the maths works. Domains bought, mailboxes provisioned, authentication set — and warmup begins the same week.

WEEK 02

List, copy & approval

Targeting defined with you, the list pulled and verified, the offer and sequence written. You sign off on every line while the mailboxes keep warming.

WEEK 03 →

Live and running

The mailboxes are warm and cold sending starts, under a hard daily cap per inbox. Replies worked the same business day, calls pushed to your calendar, weekly readout every Friday.

Fit

When we will tell you no.

Cold email works for a specific shape of business. We would rather say so on the first call than take a build fee and disappoint you in month three.

This works if

  • You sell something worth at least a few thousand dollars.
  • You close on the phone or in a meeting, not in a checkout.
  • You can name the exact kind of company you want to talk to.
  • Somebody on your side can take a call within a day or two.

This is wrong for you if

  • You need leads this week — warmup alone takes three.
  • Your average client is worth a couple of hundred dollars.
  • You want us to send from your primary company domain.
  • Nobody is available to work the replies we generate.
Pricing

One build fee, then month to month.

These are starting prices, not fixed packages — a bigger market, more inboxes or several offers costs more, and we quote it before you commit. Managed covers one market, one offer and roughly 3,000 new prospects a month, follow-ups included. Scale is typically 7,500+.

One-time Build From$2,500

Talk it through
  • Build fee up front. Management starts the month the first campaign goes live — never during warmup.
  • Three months minimum on management, then month to month with thirty days’ notice.
  • Infrastructure at cost — domains, mailboxes, verification. Itemised, no markup, figure given before launch.
  • Your website is included with management, not free. Own it outright any time for $3,500.
  • Domain, mailboxes and lists in your name from day one. Rebuild over an old site and we archive it for you.

Who runs it

Who runs it.

I run The Clifton Agency out of Pompano Beach, building and ranking websites for law firms, med spas and local service businesses across South Florida — and I founded Credit Success Network, a credit and business funding company that has served 1,200+ clients.

Clifton Outbound is the other half of that work. Clients kept asking the same question once their site was live — how do we get in front of people who are not searching yet? This is the answer, run the same way: built properly, managed by hand, and reported on in plain English.

  • 822,200 emails sent across five live client campaigns
  • Founder of an established credit & funding company
  • Hands-on with every single client campaign

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Sending starts in week three. Realistically the first calls land in the two to three weeks after that, once the follow-ups in the sequence have had time to run. Anyone promising booked calls in week one is skipping the warmup.

No. We never send from your primary domain. Outbound runs on separate look-alike domains bought for the purpose, so your day-to-day email and its reputation are untouched.

We do, and you approve every line before anything sends. You know your buyer better than we do on day one, so the first sequence is written together and revised monthly from what actually gets replies.

It gets read and categorised the same business day. Not-now replies go into a dated follow-up, wrong-person replies get redirected, and remove requests are honoured immediately and suppressed across every campaign.

Because a prospect who has never heard of you searches your company name before replying. That page decides whether you are worth fifteen minutes. Building websites is the other half of what this firm does, so we handle both sides instead of leaving one to chance.

One market, one offer and roughly 3,000 new prospects a month, with the follow-up sequences included. Above that — several markets, several offers, or a bigger sending footprint — is Scale, and we quote it before you commit to anything.

Yes. Domains, mailboxes and lists are registered in your name from day one and stay with you. Management runs three months minimum, then month to month on thirty days’ notice, and everything is handed over. The website is the one exception — it is included while management is active, and yours outright for $3,500 whenever you want it.
